Tarbaat travel contract
By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to the booking conditions,and your booking will be accepted.The services to be provided are those referred to in your itinerary.
Reservation confirmation

Reservation and payment
To confirm your booking a deposit of 20% of the total package price is required. Deposits are due within 4 days of booking and are non-refundable. Deposits can be made via our website, by the method of payment that suits you.
For the payment you can choose one of the following options: Either you pay the total amount via our website at the time of booking .Or, you pay 60% online and the rest you pay it on the day of the trip.
If you book less than 24 hours before departure the total tour price is payable at pick up at our office.
The payment can be made in Euros, Dirhams, British Pounds or US Dollars.
Cancellation by guest
A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation via an email
Any cancelled trip will result in a loss of the deposit.
Within 4 days before departure date: 100 % percent of the total amount.
Cancellation by Tarbaat Travel
In case of natural disasters, political instability or other external events we will not be able to execute your planned itinerary or tour .If we cancel a trip, you can choose between deferring the amounts paid to another date, or a full refund.
We can cancel the trip at any time up to one week before departure.
Hotels reservation
On our Atlas tours and desert excursions, it is our responsibility to choose and book the hotels or guest houses on your behalf. We do not guarantee any particular hotel, but we do guarantee hotels standards. 3,4 or 5-star properties.
Severability clause
In the event that any term or condition contained in these Booking Terms & Conditions is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason then such term or conditions shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended to allow all remaining terms and conditions to survive and continue.
itinerary flexibility
You appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for alternatives to travel plans. The itinerary provided is representative of the type of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances, or safety concerns.
Complaints handling
If you, our client, have a complaint of any form about our services provided, please firstly inform our local staff immediately so they can attempt to rectify the matter. If satisfaction is not reached through these means then any further complaints should be put in writing within 10 days. Response to complaints can take up to 15 days from receipt
