A day trip to one of the most beautiful nature destinations in Morocco, Asni Valley and Ouirgane lake to discover superb natural landscapes and spend an unforgettable moment in the heart of the Atlas Mountains.
We will make a first pause in the small village of Tahanouat to take advantage of some photos of the oldest villages in the region, before crossing the magnificent gorges of Ghighaya to arrive in Asni where you can take a short break to enjoy a good mint green tea before take the road to the region of Marigha. About 5 km before the famous village of Ouirgane, we will take the direction of Marigha, a magnificent Berber house ideally located in the heart of Doaur at an altitude that allows us to enjoy a magnificent view of the valley of this region. We will attend a demonstration of Tanourt (Preparation of Berber bread) before having lunch on the panoramic terraces while enjoying this magical view of the valley and the Atlas mountains. before returning to Marrakech, we will take the road to MoulayBrahim to visit the kik plateau as well as the fabulous Lalla Takerkoust lake which is surrounded by mountains and natural landscapes.

Concerning Atlas mountains Trekking you need to prepare as you would for walking in any mountain region; it can be warm and sunny during the day but the weather in the mountains can quickly change from sunshine to snow and cold winds (autumn through late spring).
